TEXI O NEO PREMIUM is a fully automatic, computer-controlled buttonhole machine equipped with integrated, fast and precise stepper motors operating on the X and Y axes, and a Direct Drive system with a servomotor mounted in the machine head.

Automatic functions

Automatic functions include: foot lifter, thread trimming, material displacement, continuous sewing speed adjustment, and a multi-blade mechanism for punching any length without changing the blade.

The machine is equipped with a mechanism that prevents fabric cutting in case of thread breakage. Modern technology has minimized the necessary lubrication in a closed system (avoiding stains on sewn materials).

Quick editing and simple selection TEXI O NEO PREMIUM allows you to select and modify parameters for buttonholes via a large and clear touch screen.

You can change the length, width, and density of the buttonhole in seconds and even create a custom pattern and save it to the device. The most frequently used buttonholes can be assigned to quick selection buttons and are immediately available on the main screen. Patterns can be transferred between two devices via the integrated USB port.
