Easy View™ Threading

The Easy View Threading™ LED, or EVT, illuminates the threading paths to make threading the looper easier. Both tension dials and thread paths are color-coded for added convenience.

This model features a motor with 20% more power than our standard overlock line, offering greater piercing power for thicker fabric layers. Sew seams and edges with speeds up to 1,300 stitches per minute. No more fraying or unsightly seams, even through layers of thick fabric. The 2, 3 and 4 thread stitch capability of the SINGER® | Elite SE017 - The serger offers a wide range of stitch types, ensuring perfect results for a variety of fabrics and techniques. Adjust the presser foot pressure to allow the machine to feed correctly on very heavy or thin fabrics.

Sew narrow hems on napkins or a decorative 3-thread edge around a wool blanket to give it the character it deserves and extend its life. The differential feed does not cause any distortion of the seams, even when sewing very elastic fabrics and lightweight fabrics. Use the built-in free arm to easily sew small sleeves and cuffs.
