Rasor FP503MT | Pneumatic Scissors
The new FP503MT pneumatic cutter was designed for trimming.
The new tapered foot integrates a welded carbide counterblade, minimizing its bulk. With this tool, it is therefore possible to trim materials with straight and curved profiles with great precision.
It is widely used for trimming textiles and leathers in the furniture sector (chairs, sofas, armchairs) and is particularly suitable for cutting excess material in the profiles of fiberglass and carbon fiber molds. The compressed air motor is entirely manufactured at our facility. Thanks to the latest generation mechanical and pneumatic components, this extraordinary turbine achieves a power of 350 W at 22,000 rpm and very high torque. The motor diameter is now only 40 mm, the smallest in its category.
The rotor blades are made of patented VANESTAR material, which minimizes weight and friction. The maximum cutting thickness is 9 mm, and the integrated sharpener allows the blade's cutting edge to be revived in less than ten seconds, without disassembling it.
The new FP503MT is truly an innovative concentrate of power in the field of professional cutting tools, all in just 780 g of weight.
