On the market for over forty years, the DS504 is the smallest, most powerful and professional electric shear that Rasor has ever produced.

Now in its sixth update, the 2019 version has reached truly high levels of technology and safety. Its weight of only 950g and ergonomic design, coupled with a balanced and silent 90W motor, make it an indispensable cutting tool in all sectors. Reinforced structure and bronze/steel gear coupling generate high torque, allowing the electric shear to be used not only in the textile field, but also in the technical fabrics and leather sectors. The new 2019 version reaches 1900 rpm, for super-fast cuts.

The maximum cutting thickness is 9mm, and the new push-button sharpener allows the blade's cutting edge to be revived in less than ten seconds, without disassembling it. The new electronic circuit now integrates a replaceable glass fuse from the outside, without having to disassemble the machine. The new, robust and slim cutting foot allows curved profiles to be cut with great ease.
