GS/D-DC 20" Sheet Metal | Two-Head Hook Attacher, Diaphragm Cylinder

Pneumatic press with 20” diaphragm cylinder, with one head (GS/S-DC), two heads (GS/D-DC) or in hybrid version (GS/S-1DC), with manual loading for applying large eyelets or grommets (max. internal diameter 25 mm).

The force exerted by the pressing cylinder is 670 kg at 6 bar. Also available with a 30” cylinder (force at 6 bar equal to 1000 kg) for heavy-duty applications such as curtains, nets or tarpaulins.

On request, the machine can be equipped with an upper die approaching device which allows precise centering of the work to be performed before the definitive operation.

The installation of the suction system on the upper die holder is also available on request.
