The Juki DU-1481-7N DU is an industrial lockstitch sewing machine, designed to work with heavy materials such as leather, vinyl, canvas, and technical fabrics. Thanks to its top and bottom feed, it ensures uniform material advancement, preventing slippage and puckering.

The integrated Direct Drive motor offers quick start-up, reduces vibrations, and improves sewing precision. The automatic thread trimmer allows efficient thread cutting, increasing productivity.

The machine is equipped with an oversized horizontal axis hook, which reduces bobbin replacement frequency, and anadjustable LED light for better visibility of the work area.

With a maximum stitch length of 9 mm and a sewing speed of up to 2,200 stitches per minute, the Juki DU-1481-7N DU is ideal for applications requiring robust and precise stitching.

HIGH PERFORMANCE WITH TOP FEED

The machine's powerful top and bottom feed demonstrates its performance when sewing car seat fabrics. The presser foot lift is up to 16 mm, which caters to sewing heavy materials.

THREAD CLAMPER AND THREAD TRIMMER

The initial thread clamping device is standard equipment. As a result, the needle thread at the start of sewing does not come out on the fabric, so the start of sewing is a beautifully finished seam.
The thread trimmer allows for consistent thread cutting regardless of thread thickness, from thin to thick thread. The machine has adopted a rotary thread cutting mechanism that is particularly suitable for pattern stitching with thick thread for furniture and bags. The automatic thread trimmer improves workability and increases productivity. Compared to sewing machines without a thread trimmer, the DU-1481-7 substantially reduces thread consumption. The knife pressure can be adjusted with the adjustment screw.

DOUBLE CAPACITY HOOK

The adoption of the double capacity horizontal axis hook helps to reduce the frequency of bobbin thread replacement, thereby promising efficient sewing work. This hook is useful not only when sewing with thick thread but also when sewing a long seam.

LED LIGHT

Equipped as standard with LED light to illuminate the needle area. The operator can set the brightness which is easy to use, improving work efficiency.

DIRECT DRIVE MOTOR

The direct drive motor system has been adopted by all sewing systems with a thread trimmer. As a result, the sewing machine starts quickly and promises greater stopping accuracy, thus demonstrating improved responsiveness.
