The Jack MX100 is Jack's high-end programmable sewing area machine, featuring a 360° continuously rotating needle bar and a 140×95 cm sewing area.

The infinite rotation of the needle bar always keeps the stitch in the same direction, even in the most complex corners and curves, eliminating the diagonal stitching issues typical of traditional sewing area machines. Integrated IoT WiFi connectivity, RFID module for automatic template recognition, and dual screw transmission on the Y-axis for maximum precision.

360° rotating needle bar, because it changes everything

On traditional sewing area machines, the needle bar is fixed: when the machine changes direction, the needle continues to move in the same direction as the previous stitch, creating diagonal stitches on curves. On the Jack MX100, the needle bar rotates in sync with the programmed sewing path: the stitch is always perpendicular to the direction of advancement, for perfect seams even in the tightest corners and most complex curves.
