The Jack M5 is a compact industrial area machine with an 80×35 cm sewing field, enclosed in a footprint of just 120×110 cm — as wide as a classic sewing machine. The 270×270 mm vacuum plate facilitates the loading of templates and allows for automatic folding of pocket edges without ironing, significantly speeding up production.

• RFID reader — automatically recognizes the template and loads the corresponding sewing program: no manual selection by the operator

• High-precision axes — stepper motor on the X-axis and double synchronous belt on the Y-axis for smooth and consistent transport in every situation
• Double capacity hook — accommodates thicker threads and allows for longer sewing sessions without changing the bobbin
• Intelligent skipping foot — stays down longer, waiting for the needle to rise: no skipped stitches, no thread breakage; adjustable height for different sections
