Automatic lockstitch button sewing machine with CNC control for use with light to medium-heavy materials with a maximum sewing field of 10 mm x 10 mm, scalable standard button patterns and a button clamp (No. 5) for buttons with diameters from 8 to 24 mm and a button thickness of up to 3.2 mm.

Equipped with an electronically controlled material clamp lifting device, thread trimmer, thread wiper, upper thread clamp mounted under the needle plate to ensure a secure start to sewing, and an integrated direct-drive DC motor with operator control panel, bobbin thread counter, and piece counter.
The sewing machine head is lubrication-free and has fresh oil feed for the hook.

Construction that does not require compressed air. Secure sewing start thanks to the upper thread clamp controlled by a stepper motor. Secure sewing start thanks to the integrated thread wiper.
Sewing programs can be transferred via a USB memory stick. Protection against voltage fluctuations thanks to an integrated voltage stabilizer. Pre-programmed bartacks can be modified in length and width in 0.1mm steps. The speed can be adjusted on a scale of 100 spm.

Free memory for 50 bartack variants and 25 sewing sequences, each composed of a maximum of 20 bartack variants.

The maximum speed is 3,000 spm.
