Clean sewing
It is equipped with a sealed oil tank, which provides clean oil only to the rotary hook. With no oil around the needle bar and thread take-up mechanism, there is no problem with oil stains. The direct drive system, having no belt shavings, can keep valuable products clean.
Simple zigzags, 3-step zigzags, scallop patterns and T-stitches are obtained
The 8 basic types, 14 sewing patterns are incorporated. Users do not need to have multiple cams for each sewing pattern, which allows for excellent cost performance.
Custom sewing patterns that add value to the product
Users can also store their original sewing patterns in the machine. Custom patterns can be used in a wide variety of applications, such as decorative stitching on women's clothing, knitwear, neckerchiefs, bath towels, shapewear, and swimwear. Data management is easily achieved with CF cards, adopted as storage media. (Up to 99 patterns with a total of 49,500 stitches, 500 stitches or less per pattern. Sewing patterns can be created on the operation panel or using the PS-300B sewing data programming software (optional).)
No needle deflection, no position slippage, even during high-speed sewing
With electronic zigzag sewing machines, the needle moves perpendicularly to the material so that no needle deflection occurs even at high sewing speeds. In addition, the pulse motor with servo control, adopted for the zigzag mechanism, prevents position slippage.
