The Legacy SE300 Sewing and Embroidery Machine offers the best of both worlds: sewing and embroidery. In sewing mode, there are 250 built-in stitches plus lettering that you can use to create unique stitch sequences to personalize projects. With 4 individual memories, you can save your unique sequences to sew later, even after the machine is turned off.

In addition to basic stitches, there are many decorative stitches available to embellish any project, customizable as you wish, and mirroring and elongation features open up even more creative options. Choose from 13 buttonhole styles: bartack, round end, keyhole, stretch, to name a few, sewn in one step with consistent results you'll be proud of.

Easily switch from sewing to embroidery mode by attaching the embroidery unit and embroidery foot. You hoop the fabric, slide it onto the machine, and you're ready to embroider! 200 embroidery designs and 6 font options are included, some built into the machine and some on the included USB embroidery stick. Complementary software is also available to access even more embroidery designs. (Windows compatibility only)

Top Drop-in Bobbin
Easy to thread and easy to see! The transparent bobbin and cover allow you to monitor thread supplies to avoid running out of thread in the middle of a seam.

Independent Bobbin Winding
The separate bobbin winding motor allows you to wind the bobbin without unthreading the machine.

Built-in Thread Cutter
Just press a button to cut the upper and bobbin threads. No need to pull up the bobbin thread to start sewing again.

Drop Feed
The feed dogs can be lowered for sewing buttons or for free-motion sewing - a must for quilters! Simply slide the drop feed lever to lower the feed dogs. To raise the feed dogs, just slide it back and turn the handwheel one full revolution.

Touch Button Stitch Selection
Just press a button to select your desired stitch: optimal stitch length and width are preselected to start sewing faster, but stitch settings can be adjusted as desired to suit your projects.

Adjustable Stitch Length
Customize the appearance of a stitch by increasing or decreasing the distance between stitches. This feature can be used for various sewing techniques such as appliqué, basting, and more.

Adjustable Stitch Width
The size of the stitch from left to right is adjustable, so you can sew it narrower or wider as needed.

Self-adjusting Tension System
By selecting the desired stitch, the machine will automatically adjust the tensions for the selected stitch, saving time.

Reverse (Touch Button)
Sew stitches backward, usually to secure a seam at the beginning and end, to prevent unraveling.
