The SW12SSX is a heavy-duty cutting unit suitable for textile and technical textile applications. Re-engineered for technology and safety, the SW12SSX offers power and high cutting capacity at only 3 kg. The blade and counter-blade cutting system ensures clean and precise cuts, without waste or fraying. The powerful 180 W motor is quiet and balanced; paired with high-strength bronze and steel gears, it offers long-term reliability. The 120 mm 8-sided blade allows cutting materials up to 50 mm thick, even in multiple layers. The roller cutting base is coated with non-stick Teflon®, allowing the machine to advance very easily and reducing friction between the platform and the material, and allows the unit to be installed on sliding rails in confined spaces. The semi-automatic push-button sharpening system allows the blade to be sharpened in less than 10 seconds, without disassembling it. Particularly suitable for cross-cutting, the SW12SSX is equipped with a simple anchoring flange for fixing to fixed or automated brackets. For continuous trimming processes, the SW12SSX is also available in a right-hand (mirror image) version, mod. SW12S.
