The SW12S is a heavy-duty cutting unit suitable for textile and technical textile applications.

Redesigned in terms of technology and safety, the SW12S offers power and high cutting capacity in just 3 kg of weight. The blade and counter-blade cutting system ensures clean and precise cuts, without waste or fraying. The powerful motor delivers 180 W, and is quiet and balanced; coupled with bronze and high-strength steel gears, it offers long-term reliability.

The 120 mm 8-sided blade allows cutting of materials up to 50 mm thick, even in multiple layers. The roller cutting base is coated with non-stick Teflon®, allowing the machine to advance very easily and reducing friction between the platform and the material, and allows the unit to be installed on sliding rails in small spaces. The semi-automatic button-operated sharpening system allows the blade to be sharpened in less than 10 seconds, without disassembling it.

Particularly suitable for transversal cutting, the SW12S is equipped with a simple anchoring flange to be fixed on fixed or automated brackets. For continuous trimming processes, the SW12S is also available in a left-hand (mirror image) version, mod. SW12SSX.
