Rasor SW12 | Bench-top Cutters

The SW12 is Rasor's largest bench cutter.

On the market for over 30 years, technologically and design-wise revised, it is very successful in cutting applications for thick materials. The 120mm blade diameter allows cutting materials up to 50 mm thick. The powerful 180 W motor combined with a robust bronze/steel gear pair develops a high cutting torque and a blade speed of 850 rpm.

The SW12 is widely used in classic textile and technical fabric sectors. Particularly suitable for cutting thick materials such as mattresses, sponges, and natural fibers composed of numerous layers. The push-button sharpener allows sharpening the blade's cutting edge in less than ten seconds, without disassembling it.

The roller cutting base is coated with non-stick Teflon®, allowing the machine to move very easily and reducing friction between the platform and the material. SW12, the professional bench cutter for thick materials.
