The GRT10 is a reliable three-phase cutting unit for textile and technical textile applications. Technologically and safety revised, the GRT10 offers power and reliability in less than 3 kg of weight.

The blade and counter-blade cutting system ensures clean and precise cuts, without waste or fraying. The asynchronous three-phase motor is balanced and very quiet. It requires no maintenance, allowing the GRT10 to be used in 24/7 production processes. And coupled with high-resistance bronze and steel gears, it offers reliability over time. The 100 mm 6-sided blade allows cutting of materials up to 35 mm thick. Particularly suitable for cross-cutting, the GRT10 is equipped with a simple anchoring flange for attachment to fixed or automated brackets.

The cutting base, coated with non-stick Teflon®, allows the machine to advance effortlessly, reducing friction between the platform and the material, and enables the unit to be installed on sliding rails in confined spaces. The semi-automatic push-button sharpening system allows the blade to be sharpened in less than 10 seconds, without disassembling it. For continuous trimming processes, the GRT10 is also available in a left-hand (mirror image) version, model GRT10L.
