Rasor GRT-MINIVM | Cutting Unit

Designed to cut a wide range of flexible fabrics and elastomers up to 25 millimeters thick, the new O.E.M GRT-MINIVM cutting unit offers incomparable power and is exceptionally easy to use.

The GRT-MINIVM is designed with safety and ease of use in mind. Its vertical design allows for installation in confined spaces and can be used for cross, continuous, and strip cutting. It is the ideal choice for a wide range of cutting applications. The motor housing is supported by a foot mounted behind the blade in a central position. This system allows the material pressure to be distributed on both sides of the blade, facilitating advancement through the material and preventing fiber winding. It features finger protection according to current safety regulations and has a semi-automatic sharpening system.

The special flange allows the unit to be installed in different positions. The industrial three-phase motor, combined with extra heavy-duty steel and bronze gears, ensures low maintenance and long wear resistance.

The blade reaches up to 550 rpm and ensures a flawless, smooth cut. The GRT-MINIVM can cut a wide range of materials, including classic fabrics, the latest hybrid fabrics, and many others. 3D files are available upon request.

For safety reasons, the use of steel protective gloves is mandatory.
