Rasor GRT-MINIV | Cutting Unit

It is the smallest three-phase cutting unit with a tungsten carbide counterblade.

On the market for years, it is installed on most of the most important fabric spreading machines. The GRT-MINIV offers power and reduced dimensions weighing less than 3 kg. Unlike all other Rasor models, the GRT-MINIV's motor is positioned vertically, perpendicular to the cutting direction. The pentagonal blade ensures a clean and precise cut, without fraying. The new semi-automatic sharpening system allows the blade's cutting edge to be revived in just 10 seconds, without disassembling it.

It is widely used in the classic textile sector, in the leather industry, light carpets and technical textiles. The three-phase asynchronous motor is balanced and very quiet. It does not require maintenance, allowing the GRT-MINIV to be used in production processes 24/7.

Particularly suitable for cross-cutting, the GRT-MINIV is equipped with a simple anchoring flange to be fixed on fixed or automated brackets. The new miniaturized aluminum cutting base, coated with non-stick Teflon®, reduces friction with the material and allows the unit to be installed on sliding rails in tight spaces.
