It is the smallest three-phase cutting unit with a hard metal counterblade.
On the market for years, it is installed on most of the most important fabric spreading machines. The GRT-MINI offers power and reduced dimensions in less than 3 kg of weight. The pentagonal blade ensures a clean and precise cut, without fraying. The new semi-automatic sharpening system allows the cutting profile of the blade to be revived in just 10 seconds, without disassembling it.
It is widely used in the classic textile sector, in the leather industry, light carpets and technical textiles. The asynchronous three-phase motor is balanced and very quiet. It does not require maintenance, allowing the use of the GRT-MINI in 24/7 production processes. Particularly suitable for cross-cutting, the GRT-MINI is equipped with a simple anchoring flange to be fixed on fixed or automated brackets.
The new miniaturized cutting base, coated with non-stick Teflon®, allows the unit to be installed on sliding rails in small spaces.
Minimal maintenance and low running costs make the GRT-MINI the economical and reliable cutting solution for your O.E.M. applications.
