Rasor GRT-CROSS | Cutting Unit
This new three-phase horizontal O.E.M. unit, developed and produced by Rasor®, is designed to cut a wide range of flexible fabrics and elastomers up to 25 millimeters thick.
The new GRT-CROSS offers exceptional power performance and is remarkably easy to use. The blade reaches 550 rpm, and the cut is smooth and flawless. The GRT-CROSS is designed with safety and ease of use in mind. The three-phase industrial motor, in combination with extra-resistant bronze/steel gears, ensures reduced maintenance and exceptional durability.
The aluminum flange allows the cutting unit to be installed in various ways. The design allows for installation in tight spaces and can be used for cross-cutting, strip cutting, and end-cutting. Equipped with safety guards and a semi-automatic sharpening system, the blade sharpening takes less than 10 seconds without the need to disassemble it. The cutting foot is mounted behind the blade in a central position. This system allows the pressure to be divided equally to the right and left. The blade is semi-free on both sides to prevent winding issues even with strong fibers.
The GRT-CROSS allows cutting a wide range of materials, including classic fabrics, hybrid textiles, and many other materials. The GRT-CROSS will be your ideal choice for a wide range of cutting applications. 3D files are available upon request.
