The FP861V2 is a pneumatic cutting unit for cutting textile and technical textile materials. The compressed air motor is entirely manufactured in-house. Thanks to the latest mechanical and pneumatic components, this extraordinary turbine achieves a power of 400 W at 20,000 rpm and very high torque. The motor diameter is now only 40 mm, the smallest in its category. The rotor blades are made of patented VANESTAR® material, which minimizes weight and friction. The FP861V2, with an 86 mm 8-sided blade, can cut any "flexible" material up to a maximum thickness of 25 mm. The high torque and low blade speed allow it to cut even rubbery and plastic-based materials in the field of carpets and light flooring. Particularly suitable for transverse cutting, the FP861V2 fits into small spaces thanks to the vertical positioning of the motor. It is equipped with a simple anchoring flange for attachment to fixed or automated brackets. The cutting base, coated with non-stick Teflon®, allows the machine to advance effortlessly, reducing friction between the base itself and the material, and allows the unit to be installed on sliding rails in small spaces. The new semi-automatic push-button sharpening system allows the blade to be sharpened in less than 10 seconds, without removing it. Minimal maintenance and low operating costs make the FP861V2 the powerful and reliable cutting solution for your O.E.M. applications.
