The brand new FP503 is the lightest and most powerful pneumatic scissor ever produced by Rasor in 70 years of activity.
The compressed air motor is entirely manufactured in-house. Thanks to latest generation mechanical and pneumatic components, this extraordinary turbine achieves a power of 350 W at 22,000 rpm and a very high torque. The motor diameter is now only 40 mm, the smallest in its category.
The rotor blades are made of patented VANESTAR® material which minimizes weight and friction. The cutting part has also been completely redesigned: a reinforced structure and a bronze/steel gear pair generate high torque, allowing the electric scissors to be used not only in the textile field, but also in the technical fabric and leather sectors.
The maximum cutting thickness has reached 9 mm, and the new push-button sharpener allows the blade's cutting edge to be revived in less than ten seconds, without disassembling it. The new cutting foot, robust and slender, allows for easy cutting of curved profiles.
The new FP503 is truly an innovative concentration of power in the field of professional cutting tools, all weighing only 800g.
