The new FP-CROSS 2025 is a powerful pneumatic cutting unit designed to cut a wide range of flexible materials up to a maximum thickness of 20 mm.

The horizontally positioned motor makes the FP-CROSS ideal for installations in confined spaces. Designed with the highest safety standards, the FP-CROSS offers power, an ergonomic design, and is easy to install.

The FP-CROSS is the first Rasor O.E.M. pneumatic unit with a 70-millimeter blade. The extraordinary turbine reaches 380 watts at 22,000 rpm. It can be used for cutting strips and edges, as well as for cross-cutting. Equipped with an easily accessible air connection and a front protection for the operator, the FP-CROSS meets the highest safety standards.

Its semi-automatic sharpening system allows the blade to be reconditioned in less than 10 seconds, without the need to disassemble it. The high torque and optimized blade speed allow the cutting of rubberized materials, carpets, and light flooring materials.

The FP-CROSS is also suitable for cutting technical fabrics, leather, as well as fiberglass, carbon, and hybrid materials, in single and multiple layers. It is perfect for numerous cutting applications where flexibility, power, and ease of use are crucial. 3D files for O.E.M. installation are available upon request.

For safety reasons, the use of steel protective gloves is mandatory.
