It is the smallest single-phase cutting unit with a hard metal counterblade.

On the market for over 20 years, it is installed on most of the most important fabric spreading machines. D86PS2 offers power and compact dimensions with a weight of less than 3 kg. The pentagonal blade ensures a clean and precise cut, without fraying. The new semi-automatic sharpening system allows the cutting edge of the blade to be sharpened in just 10 seconds, without disassembling it.

It is widely used in the classic textile sector, in the leather and light carpet industry. Particularly suitable for transversal cutting, the D86PS2 is equipped with a simple anchoring flange to be fixed on fixed or automated brackets. The new miniaturized aluminum cutting base, coated with non-stick Teflon®, allows the unit to be installed on sliding rails in confined spaces.

Minimal maintenance and low running costs make the D86PS2 an economical and reliable cutting solution for your O.E.M. applications.
