JUKI MF-7900-H11 Coverstitch Machine

The series is a newly developed coverstitch machine provided with many mechanisms for improving the sewing quality.

It is provided with many different sewing-related mechanisms that contribute to improved seam quality, such as the new feed mechanism and the differential-feed micro-adjustment mechanism. In addition, the machine is provided as standard with a looper thread twist prevention mechanism for improved maintainability.

1. H11 For elastic cord H11 with PL
The JUKI MF-7900-H11 coverstitch machine is particularly suitable for sewing elastic bands for swimwear, briefs, etc. It sews the elastic band that has been overlooked on the garment body.

2. JUKI dry-head technology protects sewing products from oil stains
With the excellent features inherited from the MF-7900 series, the MF-7900D is equipped with a dry-frame mechanism to eliminate the cause of oil stains. Stain removal work or re-sewing work is substantially reduced by protecting sewing products from oil stains, thereby improving the quality of finished products.

3. Many different types of sewing are achieved by the new feed mechanism
The location of the feed can be adjusted externally. The position of the feed is now adjustable in terms of vertical direction and horizontal direction, thereby improving responsiveness to sewing materials.

4. Differential-feed micro-adjustment mechanism
The differential feed amount can be finely adjusted to a value best suited for the material to be used. The differential feed ratio is constant even if the stitch length is changed.

5. Commercially available gauge components are applicable without additional intervention
As a result of the commonality of components, commercially available components (presser foot, needle plate, and needle clamp) are now applicable and easily obtainable.

6. Micro-lifter mechanism
Elastic or delicate materials can be sewn by keeping the presser foot slightly lifted. This effectively helps reduce the degree of slippage, deformation and material damage.

7. The looper thread twist prevention mechanism has been improved and is provided as standard for the sewing machine
In the event of looper thread breakage, the looper thread twist prevention mechanism is activated to cut the looper thread before the thread gets tangled in the looper thread cam. In this way, the looper thread twist prevention mechanism prevents the looper thread from getting tangled in the looper thread cam. In addition, the looper thread cam, which is built into the sewing machine, has been changed to be mounted on the outside of the sewing machine. The externally mounted looper thread cam promises improved maintainability.

8. All sewing machines with a thread trimmer are equipped with a direct drive motor
The direct drive motor system has been adopted by all sewing machines equipped with a thread trimmer. As a result, the sewing machine starts up quickly and promises higher stopping accuracy, thereby demonstrating improved responsiveness. In addition, the machine is no longer provided with a V-belt. This means that the adoption of the direct drive motor is also effective in eliminating tape chips. Power is transmitted directly from the motor to the sewing machine, thereby helping to reduce power consumption. (This sewing machine reduces power consumption by 27% compared to conventional models.)
