Double chain stitch eyelet machine, direct drive motor, electronic needle and looper thread tension, with multiple cutting device that allows the execution of eyelets and straight buttonholes of different shapes and lengths even in sequence without changing the hammer and knife. Ability to cut before or after the eyelet sewing is finished.

With the LCD touchscreen keypad, different eyelet shapes can be selected, including circular (the sewing series is optional), and the eyelet can be finished with a tail overlap or optional closure with a straight or semicircular bar tack. Up to 88 different programs can be stored in the keypad. The standard eyelet cutting length with SINGLE hammer actuation is from 24 to 32mm (optional from 16 to 24mm or from 32 to 40mm) via a stepper motor with digital pressure control.

Ability to program cutting before or after eyelet execution, short-thread trimming system, and is equipped as standard with a needle thread clamp device for better eyelet quality at the start.

The machine comes complete with manual controls for operation, and an optional foot control unit can be requested to allow more precise positioning without having to remove hands from the work in progress.

An LED light illuminates the sewing area with the option to choose intensity and warm or cool tone. Additionally, the USB port allows for machine software updates and charging electronic devices.

Using the 'JukiSmart App' software, which can be installed on Android 'OS 6.0' tablets, various sewing programs can be managed and then transferred to the machine via 'NFC' connection.
