High-speed computerized button attaching machine.

Computerized automatic unit for button attaching with shank wrapping on men's and women's outerwear, type 101 chain stitch, single thread, no lubrication, completely computer-controlled, suitable for invisible or through-stitch attaching of shank buttons, structural buttons and flat buttons, and also with a back button (with a different number of holes than the button) and shank wrapping in a single cycle (except for sewing with a back button, which requires a second shank wrapping operation with the supplied pliers).

The same operations can also be performed on double-breasted garments (jackets and coats).

Active tension (electronic thread tension control) allows separate adjustment of button sewing tension and shank wrapping tension.

Sewing conditions can be easily stored and recalled.

With the IP420D color touch-screen LCD panel, the operator can easily select a sewing program, view it graphically on the display, and modify it according to their needs. The program can be saved on Compact Flash or USB memory and potentially transferred to other machines, thus maintaining the same programming data.

Button diameter from 8 to 32 mm.

• 99 programs storable in the panel.
• 20 cycle sewing programs with 30 storable buttons per cycle, max button sewing speed
• 1200 stitches/min. and 1800 stitches/min. for shank wrapping.
• The machine comes with a button holder hand with 2 holes and 3.4 mm spacing with "T" symbol and one with 4 holes and 3.4 mm spacing with "H" symbol; other button holders are available upon request.

The machine has a laser aiming lamp installed as standard for positioning the sewing point; a second lamp can be installed as an option so as not to move the first one when the button holder loader is disengaged.
