The Jack 1906GPA-1-D is a fully automatic machine designed for attaching closed-loop elastic to hold-ups, medical stockings, underwear elastic, trousers and sleeves. GPA sub-class of the 1906 family, it automatically performs the entire work cycle — elastic stretching, positioning and sewing — without the need for a dedicated machine operator. The sewing field is 60×50 mm.

How it works

The machine automatically detects the elastic, precisely positions it within the sewing field and completes the joining in a continuous cycle. The result is a uniform and resistant seam, repeatable on every piece without variations. It is possible to program sewing patterns on the machine or from a PC and, optionally, add logo placement on the garment.
