The Global CBZ 532 is a cylinder arm industrial zig-zag sewing machine with triple feed, 1 needle, fully automatic lubrication and a horizontal axis rotary hook. It is designed for sewing medium to heavy materials — leather, canvas, technical fabrics — on tubular and pre-assembled items that require a cylinder arm structure for insertion. The 260 mm circumference cylindrical arm allows for easy work on bottoms, side seams, sleeves and tight corners.

Triple feed — why it makes a difference on heavy materials

The triple feed combines bottom feed, upper presser foot and needle feed to ensure perfect and even material advancement on thick, multi-layered and slippery materials. It eliminates the problem of layer slippage and uneven seams typical of zig-zag machines with only bottom feed.
