ICAPS
The Automatic Continuous Pressure System detects the fabric thickness and automatically adjusts the presser foot pressure to achieve superior stitch quality, even with fabrics of different thicknesses.

Large embroidery area
The extra-large 300mm x 200mm embroidery area of the Innov-is V5LE allows you to create even larger and more complex embroidery designs. You can create large designs without having to change hoops.

Central controls at your fingertips
For ease of use, all operating buttons are centrally located on the front panel.
    •    Presser foot lever – raises the presser foot.
    •    Thread cutting button – automatically cuts the upper and lower threads.
    •    Needle position button – raises or lowers the needle.
    •    Reinforcement/reverse button – automatically sews 4 reinforcement stitches.
    •    Sews straight and zig-zag stitches in reverse at low speed.

Fast and accurate embroidery
The Innov-is V5LE has a maximum embroidery speed (up to 1,050 stitches per minute), allowing you to create large embroidery designs in a short time. The hoop is inserted and removed with a fast sliding mechanism, while the automatic thread cutter instantly cuts the upper and lower threads, and the automatic thread trimming device cuts connecting stitches to save time.

Basting function
Prevents shrinkage and misalignment of embroidery designs.

Import and export embroidery designs
Via PC or a USB drive, it is now even easier to import and export your embroidery designs. Simply insert a USB memory stick, a read/writer box with a memory card, or connect the Innov-is V5 to your computer via the USB port and send the embroidery designs directly to the machine. With the optional Brother PE-Design software, you can convert numerous types of image files into an embroidery format (e.g., PES).

Other manufacturers' thread color chart included
You'll never have to search for the right color again. The built-in Brother color chart clearly identifies embroidery colors with corresponding spool numbers, making thread selection easy. In addition, the Innov-is V5 recognizes threads from five manufacturers. When the selected embroidery requires a specific thread color, simply select the thread manufacturer's name from the information displayed on the screen to view the corresponding color.

Resume function
In case of a power outage, the Innov-is V5 returns to the exact point where it stopped and continues the embroidery from that position.

PE-Design 11 (to be purchased separately)
Offers extensive customization and editing capabilities, allowing you to freely create original embroidery designs and easily transform images, photographs, and fonts into personalized embroidery.

PE-Design Plus 2 (to be purchased separately)
